The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) is offering a virtual NAMI Family-to-Family education program for family members of people diagnosed with mental health conditions. NAMI Family-to-Family Class is a free, evidence-based 8-week course structured to help families and friends of individuals with a mental health condition understand and support their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. Classes are being offered in October 2022 and March 2023.
Who Should Attend: The course is designed specifically for parents, siblings, spouses, adult children, and significant others of individuals living with severe mental health conditions. Many participants describe the impact of this program as "life-changing."
Location: Offered online using Zoom
Date: October 6th to December 1st, starting at 6:30 p.m. (Meets every Thursday for 8 weeks, skipping Thanksgiving). March dates TBD
