The Police Commission invites the community to attend its monthly meeting on September 27, 2022. The meeting will be hybrid and held in Contois Auditorium. The zoom link for the meeting for those who cannot attend in person is:

At this month's meeting:
• The Commission will be hearing a report on the recently Mental Health Summit sponsored by the City in conjunction with United Way.
• We will also hear from Vermont Interfaith Action on its recently developed "Vermont Guide to Community Engagement with Local Police Departments."
• An update on the Commission's work revising BPD directives related to mental health will be provided as well as an update on revisions to the Commission/BPD complaint policy.
• We will begin a review of the Body-Worn Camera release policy adopted last year.
