Shambhala Café is an informal discussion group that meets on the first Saturday of every month from 9:30am to 11:00am at the Shambhala Center (187 S. Winooski Ave) Meetings begin with a short period of meditation, followed by conversation and reflection on texts selected from contemporary Buddhist teachers.
