Age Well October 11, 2022 - Grab and Go Meal Shelburne
Age Well and St. Catherine's of Siena Parish in Shelburne are teaming up to provide a meal to go for anyone age 60 and older on Tuesday October 11, 2022. The meal will be available for pick up in the parking lot at 72 Church Street from 11 a.m. until noon on October 11, 2022. These meals are available for all 60 or older. They are nutritious and delicious.
The menu is: Chicken cacciatore, wheat rotini, peas & carrots, wheat bread with butter, strawberry shortcake with cream, and milk.

Deadline to order is Thursday October 6, 2022.
If this is a first-time order, please provide: name, address, Phone number, and Date of Birth.
If you haven't yet filled out a 2022 Congregate Meal Registration, please bring a completed registration form with you or send one to: Age Well; 875 Roosevelt Highway, Ste. 210; Colchester, VT. 05446.
We will have forms on hand for you to fill out at meal pick up, or download the registration form to fill out ahead of time:

An Age Well representative will be available from 11-12 for you to purchase the $5 Restaurant tickets to dine at one of the participating restaurants. More information on this program can be found on the Age Well site:
