The Alliance Française of the Lake Champlain Region presents (in English) an examination of the recent provincial elections in Québec, a crushing defeat for the separatist Parti Québécois. Roger Léger of Montreal is an educator, author, and producer who has lived the full journey of the 'Quiet Revolution' that has lifted Québec from economic and political domination by the Canadian anglo majority since the end of World War II. He is also a founding member of our local Chapter of the Alliance.
