Taste Maple Syrup from Six Small Family Farms!

To celebrate Maple 100 and Vermont's Open Sugarhouse Weekend, Maple Flower Farm is hosting a maple syrup tasting and sugarhouse tour. Syrup from the six local farms that are members of the Maple Farmers Collective will be available to taste and purchase.

The farms include White Rock Farm in East Randolph, The Howard Family in Braintree, Gilead Brook Farm in Bethel, Sunnybrook Farm in Sharon, Hermit Woods Maple in Sharon, and Maple Flower Farm in Bethel. All of the farms have small-scale sugaring operations with 300 to 1,100 taps. They all use wood-fired evaporators and no reverse osmosis. It's about as traditional as it gets.

Join us Saturday October 1 and Sunday October 2 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Maple Flower Farm is located at 3340 Christian Hill Road in Bethel. Tour the rustic sugarhouse and relax with a flight of maple syrup!
