This is the first in a series of three workshops with Valerie Valcour from the Vermont Department of Health at the J.W. Simpson Memorial Library in East Craftsbury this fall.
Thursday, September 29th, 3 pm: Aging Well
It's never too late to make healthy choices. Aging well is a path that starts from birth. Lifestyle choices
throughout the course of your life can help you adjust to changes over time. Come learn the basics about how lifestyle choices promote healthy aging and how brain health is connected to lifestyle choices. We will be joined by a volunteer from the VT Alzheimer's Association.
