Maybe I missed it, but not sure why our City Council reps haven't posted info about this meeting, especially considering how the ONE got hammered in the most recent reappraisal conducted by a firm from Texas with appraisers who didn't even know what an ADU is. (Accessory Dwelling Unit, e.g. "mother-in-law" apt. or other add on or separate unit on a single property. If you, the average person, doesn't know the term, totally ok. But *professionals* responsible for determining our property values should absolutely be required to know the term.)
