This free 1 hour class will introduce bicyclists to techniques that will help them to be safer when riding on streets and sidewalks. Skills covered include scanning, signaling, navigating intersections, lane position as well as general bicycle safety check. Participants need to bring a functioning bike and helmet.
The class will take place in Poultney. Riders under 8 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult on a bike. Riders also need to be able to ride in a straight line and follow instructions.
