Join us at the Lawrence Memorial Library for an afternoon poetry reading and discover Ruth's "stirring new collection of poems that celebrates and grieves the gusty cycles of the Vermont year." (John Elder, author of Imagining the Earth: Poetry and the Vision of Nature)

Ruth Farmer is a poet and essayist from Bristol. Her prose and poetry have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies. She is a regular contributor to "Ways of Seeing" in the Addison Independent.
