Article 22, Reproductive Liberty Amendment - proposed amendment to the Vermont constitution, on the ballot November 8.

JOHANNA NICHOLS & LYN BLACKWELL, members of the League of Women Voters, will review:
- language and benefits of Article 22 to amend the Vermont Constitution
- history of abortion rights in Vermont
- open dialogue with participants about their experiences with family planning before and after passage of Roe v. Wade in 1973.
