Vermont Research in the 18th Century
October 1, 2022
Scott Andrew Bartley
"Vermont Research in the 18th Century" presents a brief pre-settlement history of New England. It then uses maps to illustrate the issues around border disputes in western New England. From that outline, Drew Bartley will discuss the records that survive, chronologically, through those border changes. The focus at the end is on the records created since the Republic of Vermont was formed in 1777. Classes at the Vermont Genealogy Library will be Zoom webinars from 10:30 to noon. Cost is $10.00. Please visit our website, www.vtgenlib.org for additional details and for registration.
