Bikes and Sewing Machines for Developing Countries
Is there a bike or sewing machine gathering dust in your closet or garage? You can make a huge difference for a struggling family overseas by donating it to Pedals for Progress, along with $15 per item to help with international shipping costs.
Two opportunities to help:
Saturday, September 24, 8:30 am to 1 pm. Burton factory, Queen City Park Road, Burlington, or
Friday, September 23, 3 pm to 7 pm. National Life, Montpelier
The Burton Store on Queen City Park Rd in Burlington has generously offered a voucher for 20% off to donors and volunteers, valid in that store on Saturday, September 24.
