We're heading into fall and it's the perfect time for nourishing warm soup and bread in the evening.
I'm making Pumpkin apple ginger soup this week with coconut milk and homemade chicken broth. I grew the pumpkins and the apples are from Burtt's Orchard. Chicken stock from Pierce's Pastured Poultry.
Chewy lovely naan bread to go with it this week with Mt Marcy flour.
All organic ingredients, made by a nutritionist (me) with a focus on supporting your health with the meal.
