Article 22 - Changing Vermont's Constitution

According to the Vermonters for Good Government "voting down Article 22 would keep Vermont's current abortion laws in place. Abortion would remain legal; and voting down Article 22 would prevent regulating late-term abortion by stopping unrestricted, late-term abortion RIGHT UP TO BIRTH in the Vermont Constitution".
