Past event
Sep 25, 2022, 3 to 6 PM

Lobsters are coming to Worcester! There will be a benefit fundraiser dinner and community gathering on the Worcester Historical Society Lawn (17 Calais Rd.) this coming Sunday, September 25th from 3p to 6p, rain or shine.

Back by popular demand, Josh Ledwith is headed to Maine this week and will be bring back a fresh catch of this coastal favorite to enjoy with friends! The event will benefit both the Worcester Historical Society and the Worcester Neighbors Network.

If you'd like to join in the fun, there will be a sign-up sheet at LBJ's, first come, first served. (There is only so much room for the bugs in the transport coolers, after all!) List your name, phone, and number of lobsters you will eat! Cost will be $25 for one boiled lobster and corn on the cob (additional charge if you will consume more than one!) Melted butter and lobster utensils will be provided, as well as a lesson in eating them if you need it! Please bring a side dish or dessert to share with your neighbors.

You have until Friday the 23rd this week at noon to sign up, as that is when the lobster count will be finalized and Josh heads to Maine. Don't miss your chance! Hope to see you there!
