I want to remind everyone about the Pedals for Progress donation opportunity. This is a fabulous non-profit started by Green Mountain Returned Peace Corps Volunteers. This is the 24th annual bike and sewing machine collection for Pedals for Progress.

Is there a bike or sewing machine gathering dust in your closet or garage? You can make a huge difference for a struggling family overseas by donating your bike or sewing machine to Pedals for Progress, along with $15 per item to help with international shipping costs.
Donations will be collected on two days:
Friday, September 23, 3 pm to 7 pm. National Life, Montpelier
Saturday, September 24, 8:30 am to 1 pm. Burton factory, Queen City Park Road, Burlington.

Donors and volunteers will receive a voucher for a 20% discount at only the Queen City Park Road Burton Store, valid only on Saturday, September 24 .
