STONE VALLEY ARTS PRESENTS PIANIST MICHEAL ARNOWITT
As part of their 200th celebration, Stone Valley Arts will present pianist Micheal Arnowitt. He will perform his colorful and imaginative program. This event will take place on September 18th @ 3pm.
Arnowitt's KALEIDOSCOPE program includes music by Debussy, George Ligeti, J.S, Bach, and Ukrainian composer Victoria Poleva. In addition, the program will be rounded out with the pianists's own composition "Burana Bop", a jazz arrangement form Carl Orff's famous choral piece from Carmina Burana.
Micheal Arnowitt, American pianist and composer, is one of the most creative musicians of today. His imaginative musical landscapes, extraordinary sense of touch at the piano and warm stage personality have delighted audiences in concert halls around the world. Hearing Micheal Arnowitt perform is an opportunity not to be missed!
