5:05 PUBLIC HEARING
Soliciting input re: the updated Middlesex Land Use and Development Regulations presented to the Select Board on August 2, 2022 which may appear on the ballot for the March 7, 2023 Town Meeting. This notice is issued pursuant to 24 VSA §§ 4441(d) and 4444. Action unlikely.

5:30 Monthly Joint Meeting with the MVFD: monthly updates of the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department, preparing for public hearing on October 4th re: transitioning the MVFD from a separate 501(c)(3) organization into a Town department. Action unlikely.

5:45 *Possible* EXECUTIVE SESSION: per 1 VSA § 313(a)(3) to discuss the appointment or employment of an employee. This session is limited to discussion about applicants for the vacant Road Crew position. All final decisions will be made in open meeting. Action possible.

5:50 Highway Report – update on Center Road paving and status of possible hiree. Action possible.

6:05 Considering the Listers' requests under "errors and omissions" to correct the information on a parcel owned by Sarah Seidman. Action likely.

6:20 Treasurer's Report – update on Town's financial business. Action possible.

6:30 Considering whether to continue requiring social service agencies to submit petitions with 5% of the Town's voters if they are requesting more than $250 to be approved at the March 7, 2023, Town Meeting AND have never requested funding before OR they are increasing their requests from 2022. Action likely.
