Metamorphosis is an 8-week therapeutic yoga immersion, suitable for all abilities and experience levels (beginners encouraged!) Each week will build on a theme and use the tools of movement, simple postures, breathwork, meditation, and group dynamics to deepen self-awareness, gain flexibility of body and mind, honor the wisdom inside of each is, and put it all together to engage in authentic action in life.
