7:30 PM Call to Order/Amendments/Welcoming guests

7:35     Executive Session to discuss potentially hiring a new member of the road crew as  permitted under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(3). No action.
7:50     Authorizing the Road Foreman and Road Commissioner to extend an offer of employment to the approved candidate on certain conditions. Action possible.

7:55     Adjournment
