Quahog Dance Theatre is a free dance program for adults and senior citizens taking place two times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Catamount Arts in the Cabaret Room from 10 - 11:30 am. We are always welcoming new dancers. No experience is necessary. We do many types of dance and are always listening to our participants as we choose our content. We dance for an hour and have a half hour of tea, snacks and conversation. Come join us! Dance is a fun way to work on mobility, stamina and balance. Try it!

Use the back door if you park behind the Catamount building on Eastern Ave. or use the ramp located to the right of the front of the building. We are handicap accessible and welcome any and all abilities.
