Once again, the Northfield Community Development Network (NCDN) and the Northfield Farmers' Market are teaming up to celebrate all that Northfield's community organizations, nonprofits, and volunteers have been doing in and for our community. Northfield volunteers and community organizations will be showcasing their amazing work, connecting with volunteers, and answering the community's questions about the services provided in and around Northfield.
