With its handoff to the Selectboard of Phase I draft amendments to the Land Use Regulations, the Planning Commission is now turning its attention to the next round of proposed changes. (The Selectboard will hold a public hearing on the Phase I proposals on Monday, Sept. 19 at 7:45 p.m. Residents are invited to join that meeting & share their opinions about the draft with the Selectboard, who will decide following the hearing which amendments to place on the ballot for a town vote during the November General Election.)

On the agenda for this week's Planning Commission meeting:
* Review & approve draft meeting minutes from Aug. 25 special mtg.
* Taylor Newton from CCRPC re: memo on village density
* Outreach plan for LURs amendments
* Work plan and timeframe for phase II LUR amendments (this fall & winter)

The meeting will be held in person at Town Hall, with an option to participate via Zoom. The meeting agenda is posted to the 'Meeting Calendar and Agendas' page of the town website, under the link for that meeting date.
