Up for discussion at this week's Development Review Board:

* Continued public hearing on town garage site plan amendment
* DRB 22-183-VA - public hearing on variance request from Eli Lesser-Goldsmith, 701 Hills Point Rd.
* DRB 22-202-SK - sketch plan review on Wendeln parcel - proposed 2-lot subdivision at 1555 Spear St.
* Markup and approve draft decisions (public deliberations, no public testimony or comments will be allowed): DRB 22-157-SA Town Garage; DRB 22-135-SK Hinsdale Charlotte Farms, LLC (multi-family dwelling)
* Review & approve draft DRB meeting minutes from August 10, Aug. 24, Aug. 31.

The meeting will be preceded by site visits to the two properties that are the subject of new public hearings that evening. The site visits start at 4:30 p.m.; details are posted on the meeting agenda (see below).

The meeting will be held in person at Town Hall, with an option to participate via Zoom. The meeting agenda is posted to the 'Meeting Calendar and Agendas' page of the town website, under the link for that meeting date.
