A Treasure Hunt with Your Soul: An Equine-Facilitated Experience
(No previous horse experience required)
Please join us for 24 hours: Reveal, explore and bathe in the treasures hidden within your Self.
This gathering will help you understand or shift a pattern in your life and gain an appreciation for your deeper wisdom. Our time together will allow you and your body to see and re-member the beauty and magic on this Earth and in our community.
Dates/Time: Friday September 23, 4-8:30 PM and Saturday September 24, 8:30-4:30 PM
Location: Heart and Heritage Stables, 154 Baldwin Rd, Charlotte, Vermont
Friday: Welcome to our Sacred Space: introductions, our initial guided meditation, followed by journaling/quiet time.
We will have dinner together, then a second a guided Journey meditation, followed by a Campfire.
Saturday: Each participant has the opportunity for an individual Equine-Guided Coaching and an Energy Healing Sessions in the presence of horses. Equine-Guided Coaching Sessions allow participants to access and articulate their own wisdom. interactions with horses provide honest information about what is happening in our lives, and how to make desired changes. Energy Healing Sessions in the presence of horses allows release of what no longer serves you and fills your Self with Peace, Light and Love. When not an active participant, we serve as Witnesses, and gain wisdom via our loving attention on what happens around and within us.
In all Saturday sessions, horses are moving freely around us; there is no riding involved.
