The library invites kids aged 8-12 years to help create the SFL Tween Advisory Group. The group will meet regularly with the Youth Librarian to plan and take part in library activities for kids; offer suggestions for materials to add to the youth collection; and participation may qualify as community service hours. Our organizational meeting will be held 3:00-5:00 p.m. Wednesday October 5th. Be ready for hands-on activities, brainstorming and snacks.
