Featuring the Green Mountain Swing 18-piece Big Band

I am inviting all my neighbors and friends to our free, Dance Party / Big Band jazz concert this Saturday night.

We're hosting it, literally, in the parking lot of our historic College Street Church building (1865) in the heart of Burlington (just a few blocks up from Church Street next door to public library).

Music includes big band jazz and swing, blues, latin jazz, funk, including tunes of Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis, Van Morrison, Frank Sinatra, Beatles, Chicago, Sade, Average White Band and more.

Green Mountain Swing, and all-volunteer jazz band and 501(3)c charitable organization will be accept donations to the GMS Scholarship fund, which provides scholarships and grants to VT student musicians. More information at their website: http://greenmountainswing.org/
