Forest Bathing is a guided meditation deeply connecting an individual to nature through all the senses. The practice differs from spending time in nature walking, hiking, doing, etc., in that this time will be set with intention to connect on a meditative level. The practice is open to all regardless of past mediation experience. The practice will take place outdoors and includes introduction, seated and moving meditation, journaling, discussion, and tea.
Melissa is a student at the Green Mountain Druid School in Worcester, Vermont, and a student in the Vermont Master Naturalist Program. She is combining decades of experience in nature studies to connect human beings and forest beings for relationship, self-care and healing. Melissa is studying to become a Forest Bathing Guide and offers this opportunity, by donation to Milarepa, so that she may practice her skills.
Register for sessions in advance by calling 802-633-4136 or emailing our office. Sessions are offered by donation.
