The Garrett School of Irish Dance is about to kick off its autumn session and we have several opportunities for new adult dancers to join the fun in Montpelier! For an in-depth introduction to Irish dancing, join our Adult Beginner class on Mondays from 7:30-8:15. This 11-week session introduces dancers to Irish technique and music and may also explore ceili dancing, sean nos, or other styles depending on the group's interests. If you just want a taster or you prefer social/partner dancing, check out our monthly ceili series with live music! Ceili dancing is a great way to get your body moving, meet new people, enjoy lively music, and have fun! No dance experience required, so bring some friends or come and make some new ones. All dances will be taught on the day and modifications will be provided for all abilities. Drop in for a class or two, or build your skills with all four sessions.
