ONLY TWO MORE KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES BEING OFFERED THIS SEASON!

Join Kim and Bob Muncil on Wednesday morning September 7th and 14th at 9am for the final Kundalini yoga classes of the season. Classes are held in the Longhouse at Camp Ingalls in North Hero at 1769 South End Road. No sign up necessary. All classes are by donation. Just bring your own mat. Everyone is welcome!

September 7th class will be live chanting. September 14th class is for opening the heart.
