The Sheldon Museum presents its annual Independence Day Pops Concert on Friday, June 27 featuring the Vermont Philharmonic followed by fabulous fireworks. A Vermont tradition and family event, the Concert will take place at Middlebury College on the grounds behind the Mahaney Center for the Arts (rain site: Nelson Arena). The grounds open at 5:30 for picnics; Concert begins at 7:30. Bring chairs, blankets, and flashlights. Ticket prices: Adult $25, Youth $10; children under 12 admitted free; adult tickets purchased by June 22: $20.
