5:00 PM Call to order, amendments, welcoming guests

5:05 Review of draft Request for Proposal re: initial building and site assessment of Town Hall with a goal of presenting the results to the voters at the March 7, 2023, Town Meeting. Action possible.
Discussion of the Polling Place Accessibility Survey by Disability Rights Vermont last month. No action expected.

5:20 Joseph Aldsworth of Capital Fire Mutual Aid to discuss Capital Region Infrastructure Replacement Plan. Action possible.

5:45 Highway Report – update on Center Road paving. Action possible.

6:00 Considering Mike Hill's request that the Select Board begin the statutory process under 19 V.S.A. §708 to upgrade a Class 4 portion of South Bear Swamp to Class 3. Action possible.

6:15 EXECUTIVE SESSION: per 1 VSA § 313(a)(3) to discuss the appointment or employment of an employee. This session is limited to discussion about applicants for the vacant Road Crew position. All final decisions will be made in open meeting. Action possible.

6:30 Treasurer's Report – update on Town's financial business. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the August 16, 2022, Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Approving the MOU with CVFiber. Action likely.
- Considering whether to continue requiring social service agencies to submit petitions with 5% of the Town's voters if they are requesting more than $250 to be approved at the March 7, 2023, Town Meeting AND have never requested funding before OR they are increasing their requests from 2022. Action possible.
- Discussing whether to resume in-person Select Board meetings. Action possible.
- Any other matter that may come before the Board.
