Sept. 6 at 10:30 at the Bolton Fire station will be the first class, we will be starting at a slow pace since it's been so long since we had a class, so if you have never attended but think you would like to stretch, work on your balance, and help your bones, drop me an email or show up next Tuesday and let's all find our moving grove again eh?

I am considering a second day, but I want to make sure this first time is going to work for folks.
