The Center for an Agricultural Economy sponsors and conducts a ServSafe Class in our conference room, located at 140 Junction Road in Hardwick, for up to 8 individual students. ServSafe is a Food Service Sanitation Course developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and is a national standard for kitchens and processing facilities.
Connor Gorham is a New England Culinary Institute graduate and our Professional Production Associate at the Vermont Food Venture Center. He is a certified instructor and tailors these classes specifically for those who work in any processing, restaurant or institutional kitchen.
Class size is small for individualized instruction and the $130 cost covers the textbook, instruction and exam (a value of $155). If you have a group of 10 or more, please contact us to set up a date and discuss rates. Members of the CAE/VFVC receive a $30 discount on classes!
