Join VT Fish and Wildlife for a walk in the Snake Mountain WMA habitat to learn about and identify the local flora of the area! This event is on Thursday, 8/25 from 5-7pm (please register here: https://vtfishandwildlife.com/event/snake-mountain-plant-walk).

VT Fish and Wildlife botanist Aaron Marcus will lead us on a walk through the Snake Mountain WMA to point out and discuss the diversity of plants in the area. We will meet at the parking lot on Mountain Road for the main trail to Wilmarth Woods on the West side of Snake Mountain. Please come prepared to hike for about two hours through potentially muddy terrain with exposure to ticks.
