Saturday, Aug.27th: 10am - 12pm and Wednesday, Aug. 31st: 6pm-8pm
This class will focus on simple approaches to begin, develop, strengthen, or expand your personal meditation practice. Learning how to create the disciplined habit of the beneficial experience of meditation is not always easy, especially in our world of remarkable distractions! We will sample a variety of formal and informal meditations as resources for daily life. Sessions are offered by donation as you are able and are in-person only to minimize outside distractions; Zoom sessions will not be offered for this series.
