Join us for our FREE Capture the Harvest Workshop Series and learn how to stretch your food budget and prepare for winter!

Friday, September 9th, 5:30pm-7pm: Water Bath Canning. Learn how to preserve jams, jellies, pickles and more with this easy to learn technique. Bring your questions and we'll supply the rest!

Friday, September 16th, 5:30pm-7pm: Off-Grid Food Preservation. Want to learn how to save food without refrigeration or electricity? Off-grid homesteader and farmer, Jess Visnek will share all of her insights. Bring your questions and we'll supply the rest!

Tuesday, September 27th, 11am-1pm: Lunch & Learn about Pressure Canning. Enjoy a FREE community lunch while Carol Fairbank of Broadfork Farm explains how to use a pressure canner to preserve everything from veggies and fruits, to beans and even meat!
