With basmati rice, stewed chickpea and lentils, tofu, mint raita

Meat option: Braised chicken thigh or Lamb Kofte
Vegetarian or Vegan: Grilled eggplant

Also, spicy kale saag option to add on for thise who are feeling adventurous!
