Up for discussion at this week's Charlotte Planning Commission meeting:
The Commission will review & discuss written & oral feedback received from town residents and others at the August 9 public hearing on the draft Land Use Regulation amendments. They will likely make some changes to the drafts based on that feedback. They will then vote to forward the package of 27 amendments (as revised, perhaps) to the Charlotte Selectboard for their consideration. They will also mark-up and approve several sets of draft meeting minutes from recent Commission meetings.
It will be up to the Selectboard to review this next draft & schedule another public hearing. Following that process, the Selectboard may further revise the draft LURs. The Selectboard will decide next month which amendments to place on the town ballot for voters to consider at the November general election.
This meeting will be held at Town Hall, with an option to participate via Zoom. Meeting agenda, with Zoom login link, is posted under the meeting date on the town website 'Meeting Calendar and Agendas' page. The public is invited to listen to this work session online, or in person.
