Posting for a friend who is trying to plan a once-monthly Swing Dance. A dance will be held in Waterbury Center at the Waterbury Center Grange Hall Cultural Center. The date is Saturday, August 27. There will be a beginner lesson from 7pm - 7:30 pm followed by a DJ dance 7:30-10pm. Entry is just $5 and includes the lesson! Come and enjoy some of the best swing music from the classic Big Band era to today. All are welcome and no partner is required. Covid masks are required.
There is street parking near the grange hall and extra parking is available at the nearby Hope Davey Memorial Park parking lot.
