Stop by the Chelsea Public Library on Monday, 8/22 from 5-6 PM for a discussion on "Mindfulness in Action." Light refreshments will be served.

What is mindfulness all about anyway? Has mindfulness had an impact on your life? Does mindfulness lead to happiness? What about mindfulness vs. meditation? If you've been curious about any of these things, and more, this is the space for you! We'll dive into these topics and others at our meeting. All are welcome.
