Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board is holding its meetings via Zoom, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:05 Discussion about possible unapproved upgrades to the Class 4 section of Mead Road. Action possible.
5:25 Highway Report – general updates from the Highway Department. Action possible.
5:35 Monthly joint meeting with the MVFD. Setting date for public hearing on transforming the MVFD from a separate 501(C)(3) to a Town department. Action likely.
5:50 Treasurer Report – Updates on Town fiscal issues. Action possible.
6:00 ARPA/Town Hall discussion. Prioritizing projects for ARPA funds, discussing Town Hall's future and whether ARPA funds should be spent on rehabilitating it. Setting a date for a public hearing on the best use of the remaining $400,000 in ARPA funds. Action likely.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the August 2, 2022 Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Reviewing and approving a Memorandum of Understanding to give $100,000 from Middlesex's America Rescue Plan Act funds to CVFiber for "100 Mbps symmetrical broadband Internet service" to underserved areas of Town. Action likely.
- Reviewing Dick Picard's bid to repaint the rear of the old fire station at 5 Church Street.
- Any other matter that may come before the Board.
