The Sable Project & Fat Dragon Farm invite you to Food + Art Fridays!

Friday, August 19, 2022: Family-friendly outdoor community gathering featuring wood-fired pizza and a Sound Bath meditation by Tony Bednar.

The Sable Project is an alternative artist residency and community space where artists from various disciplines live and work together off-grid in the Green Mountains.

Tony Bednar is a sound meditation guide based in South Royalton. He plays gong, singing bowls, tuning forks and other instruments, and recently released an album titled Vermont Stereo Volume 1.

Come to attune your sense of hearing and enjoy an outdoor bath of sounds on Sable's grassy amphitheater or wooden stage. Bring blankets or yoga mats to lie on; chairs available upon request.

Sound bath starts at 7pm. Throughout the evening, enjoy wood-fired pizza by Fat Dragon Farm.
