Homesteader Ewa Senkowska will share with you the art of making a celery salt, dehydrating fresh herbs, and even ways to create your own teas from herbs in your garden. This promises to be a delicious addition to your kitchen!
Monday, August 29th: Fermentation is the ancient art of saving foods. From pickles to kimchi and more, this is the easiest way to "can" your garden produce! Ewa Senkowska will lead you in creating your own sauerkraut to take home and enjoy once it's finished fermenting.
