After a two year pause, the Craftsbury Library book sale is back this Saturday, during Craftsbury's Old Home Day celebrations. We have been accepting donation for the last few weeks and this year's donations are really incredible! Just in the last couple days I have sorted through a huge donation (15 boxes!) of children's books from a home school family, a collection of paleo cookbooks, and a stellar science fiction/fantasy collection. There are great books on gardening, lots of cook books, lots of new fiction, and some gorgeous antiquarian books for sale. There is just about everything else, too; we have over 10,000 books already and the donations continue to pour in.
The weather looks dry for Saturday, and the plan is to hold the book sale outside on the lawn, under the big tent, and on the side porch. The book sale is by donation and all funds go to the operating budget of the library. I hope you can make it!
