Hey neighbors,

Dedalus Wine would like to invite you to an open-air dinner in South Hero with our friends from Pigasus Meats. We're excited about this event — dinner in the field, under the open sky, highlighting a great local farm and delicious wines.

Chef Jeremy is roasting a whole porchetta and laying the table with summer vegetables, herbs, and fruits to celebrate the abundance of the season. Sparkling wine on arrival (to get the party started) plus three perfectly paired wines throughout dinner to complement the rustic spread.
