Kevin Choquette suffers from Diamond Blackfan Anemia, a rare blood disorder which prevents his body from making red blood cells. Last week Kevin had a life saving bone marrow transplant. Now he must stay in isolation in Boston far from his young children while he recovers. His family and friends are hosting a dance and pie auction to help defray the costs of this procedure and his family's expenses while he is out of work. The dance will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 20 at the Irasburg Town Hall. There will be a variety of music including a DJ and the band Eye 91. Pies will be auctioned off and there will be a raffle for one of Kevin's original landscape paintings. Come dance and eat pie while you help my niece's family !
