We are just five days away from our open house and recruitment drive. We will be hosting an open house event with free snacks, drinks, educational materials, live demonstrations, and audience interactions.
This event will be held at our Four Corners Station, located at:
338 Paine Turnpike N. Berlin, Vermont, 05602
10:00AM to 2:00PM - Saturday, August 13th, 2022
The timeframe for each station will be (subject to change):
10:15 / 12:15 - Personal Protective Equipment & Air Packs
10:45 / 12:45 - Engine-Three Pump & Hose Handling
11:15 / 1:15 - Fast Squad, AED & CPR Awareness
11:45 / 1:45 - Vehicle Extrication Live Demo & Narration
Each station will include many opportunities for hands-on audience engagement, learning, and familiarization. All ages are welcome to come. Each station will be tailored to the age-group present. In-between stations we will have time to view the building, trucks, and talk to our hard working volunteers.
