Up for discussion at this week's Development Review Board meeting:

* continued public hearing on proposed subdivision amendment at 295 Meadowside Dr.
* two sketch plan (preliminary) reviews of two separate 2-lot subdivision projects at 3260 Greenbush Rd. and 138 N. Pasture Ln.
* Mark up 4 draft decisions
* Mark up & approve draft DRB meeting minutes from July 13 and July 27
* Discussion on proposed LUR amendments

The meeting will be held in-person at Charlotte Town Hall & is also available online via Zoom.
